The service
Delight is operated by Mersudin Forbes Digital and helps agencies review client communication, relationship signals and upcoming events. These terms apply when you use the application. Contact mersudin@mersudinforbes.com with questions. Delight is currently being developed and evaluated; features may change.
Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and invite only people authorised to access your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring that you may upload client information and connect the accounts you choose. Do not use Delight to access another person's account without permission, conduct unlawful monitoring or misuse personal information.
Connected services and your data
Connecting Google grants the permissions shown in Google's consent screen. Gmail and Calendar access is read-only. You retain your rights in the information you provide and authorise Delight and its service providers to process it to deliver the features you use. Our privacy policy explains access, processing, storage and sharing. Google and other connected services also have their own terms.
Review automated results
Scores, summaries, alerts and predictions are aids to your judgement. They can be incomplete or inaccurate and do not establish a client's intentions, satisfaction or likelihood of leaving. Check significant conclusions against the original emails, calendar events and your own knowledge before acting. Delight does not guarantee retention, revenue or a particular business result.
Availability and acceptable use
Availability can be affected by maintenance, changes to the application and connected providers. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious content or use the service unlawfully. Access may be restricted where necessary to investigate abuse or protect users.
Charges and ending use
Any paid plan requires separate confirmation of its price and billing terms. These terms alone do not authorise a charge. You may stop using Delight and revoke Google access at any time. Contact us to request account closure or deletion of stored workspace information. Disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete information previously imported.
Updates and questions
We will update these terms as the service develops and communicate material changes. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For support or questions, email mersudin@mersudinforbes.com.
